The safest type of taxi vehicle is the hackney as there is a division between the driver and the passenger.

The second safest type of taxi is an MPV van as there are sufficient distance between the passenger and the driver.

Saloon cars are safe too as we clean and dis-infect the executive car before and after each journey.

We accept cash payment however, during COVID-19 pandemic, we preferred payment be on card or electronic. We could send you a secured link payment via your mobile or e-mail. Card payments is widely processed, we accept debit or credit cards like Visa, Mastercard or American Express (AMEX). Paypal or bank to bank transfer are also fine with us.

We have BMW 5 or 7 series executive saloons, Mercedes E or S class. For group travel, we have 6, 7 and 8 seater MPV vans, for person with disability, we have wheelchair accessed taxis with ramp. Standard taxi saloons are also available.

To book your local taxi service, first, we need to identify the areas that we serve locally. We provide a local taxi service in Aldershot and Farnborough. Outside these areas, we considered them as out of Rushmoor Borough Council hence a fixed fare is always quoted.

Either you ring or send an e-mail to us, we suggest to book your taxi in advance to avoid dis-appointment. For a prompt taxi requirement, please call us at 01252 220147, we suggest to book your taxi in advance by sending an e-mail.

To book your airport transfer service, send us an e-mail with the following details: Name, full address with postcode, phone, your e-mail address, date and time of travel, how many passengers and luggage. If you have a return flight, please include the flight number, airline carrier, which terminal and any other important informations. We will then send a confirmation via e-mail. A timely reminder will be dispatch prior the travel dates with details and contact informations of your driver and the meeting point. We do send the photos of your driver to promote trust and security. Your chauffeur will meet you on a dedicated section within the arrival area, just look for DINEZ signage.

It takes from 10 to 15 minutes before a taxi arrives in your local area, this all depends on the time of the day and your distance from the nearest taxi driver. We suggest to book your taxi in advance to avoid dis-appointment, planning ahead of time surely helps.
